At The Concierge Nanny Co., we offer flexible in-home, vacation, shared group, and event childcare — thoughtfully staffed with experienced caregivers and supported by clear safety standards.
To ensure quality care and appropriate staffing, services are categorized by complexity and group size.

For one household at a time.Examples

Hotel or Airbnb care for one family

Rate: $55/hour per caregiver
Minimum Booking: 3 hours
Retainer: 25% of estimated total (non-refundable)

(Multi-Family Vacation Care)
For two or more families sharing caregivers in a vacation or group setting.Examples
Multiple families staying together in one Airbnb
Vacation groups pooling childcare
Rate: $65/hour per caregiver
Minimum Booking: 3 hours
Retainer: 25% of estimated total (non-refundable)

For hosted gatherings such as weddings, conferences, retreats, or large group childcare setups.
Event Care applies when any of the following are true:
6 or more children total
Multiple unrelated families
Hosted or organized event
Dedicated childcare room or space
Supplies provided by our team
Rate: $65/hour per caregiver
Minimum Booking: 4 hours
Additional Fees: Event Setup Fee ($150–$250 depending on size and scope)
Includes planning, staffing coordination, toys/materials, and on-site logistics.
Retainer: 25% of estimated total (non-refundable)

You’ll receive final communication to confirm event details and caregiver assignments prior to the event.
To ensure smooth and seamless service, please review our policies:
Minimum Booking Time: A 4-hour minimum is required for all sessions. If the service duration is less than 4 hours, the full 4-hour rate will apply.
Cancellations:
Standard: 48-hour notice required.
Peak Periods (e.g., holidays): 72-hour notice required.
Same-day bookings are final and non-refundable after confirmation.
Cancellations outside of the acceptable timeframe will incur a charge for 4 hours.
Payments: Due immediately upon service completion.
Additional Charges: May apply for parking or extracurricular activities.
Liability Waivers: May be required for certain high-risk activities, such as swimming or skiing.
Gratuity is not required. All pricing reflects professional caregivers, insurance coverage, administrative support, and thoughtful care coordination.
Child-to-Caregiver Ratios: To maintain safety and quality care:
Infants (under 12 months): 1 caregiver for every 1–2 babies
Toddlers & Preschool (1–4 years): 1 caregiver for every 3 children
School Age (5+ years): 1 caregiver for every 5 children
Mixed age groups are staffed based on the youngest children present.
Holiday Rate: $85/hour per caregiver on select holidays, including:
New Year’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Valentine’s Day (after 5pm), and New Year’s Eve (after 5pm).
Holiday requests are first come, first served.
