The Concierge Nanny Co. offers premium childcare solutions with transparent pricing. When you use our services you receive top-quality, personalized care for your children in safe and enriching environments.

  • Standard Rate: $55 per caregiver per hour (within a 50-mile radius of Salt Lake City)

  • Specialized Rate: $85 per caregiver per hour on major holidays (e.g., Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day, Independence Day)

  • Minimum Booking Time: 4 hours per session

  • Child-to-Caregiver Ratios:

    • 1:1 for children under 6 months

    • 1:2 for children aged 6 months to 1 year

    • 1:3 for children aged 1 year to 5 years

    • 1:5 for children aged 5 years and older

  • Group Rates Apply for bookings with six or more children

  • Non-refundable Retainer Fee: 25% of the estimated cost

  • Taxes & Fees: All rates include applicable taxes and fees. Gratuity is not required.

    We’ll send you the contract and a detailed questionnaire to ensure a perfect childcare experience.

    You’ll receive final communication to confirm event details and caregiver assignments prior to the event.

To ensure smooth and seamless service, please review our policies:

  • Minimum Booking Time: A 4-hour minimum is required for all sessions. If the service duration is less than 4 hours, the full 4-hour rate will apply.

  • Cancellations:

    • Standard: 48-hour notice required.

    • Peak Periods (e.g., holidays): 72-hour notice required.

    • Same-day bookings are final and non-refundable after confirmation.

    • Cancellations outside of the acceptable timeframe will incur a charge for 4 hours.

  • Payments: Due immediately upon service completion.

  • Additional Charges: May apply for parking or extracurricular activities.

  • Liability Waivers: May be required for certain high-risk activities, such as swimming or skiing.
